How it Works

Once registered for a course, The CRM Connection will send you an e-mail with all the information you'll need to attend the class, including a link to the GoToMeeting site where the training will occur and a long distance phone number for connection to the class conference call. Please note long distance phone charges do apply. On the day of class, click on the link about 15 minutes prior to the beginning of class to enter the on-line meeting room, then dial the number to connect to the class conference call.

During the class, you will see a full-sized ACT!™ 2012 database screen on your monitor, and you'll watch the instructor train using his ACT!™ 2012 program.

Throughout the training, you'll be able to discuss the topic with the other students and the instructor via the live conference call. These classes are limited to no more than (10) students, so you'll have plenty of opportunity to ask questions. In addition, you'll have the ability to interact live through your computer. You may choose to ask questions privately or publicly, and you'll receive instruction on how to accomplish either.
