How to Enroll

company, address, phone number and e-mail address. We will e-mail
you an invoice that can be paid securely online using a MasterCard, Visa

How it works
Once registered for a course, The CRM Connection will send you an
e-mail with all the information you'll need to attend the class, including
a link to the GotoMeeting site where the training will occur and a phone
number for connection to the class conference call. On the morning of the
class, click on the link to enter the on-line meeting room, and dial the
toll-free number to connect to the class conference call.
During the class, you will see a full-sized
ACT!™ 2008 database screen on your monitor, and you'll watch
the instructor train using his ACT!™ 2008 program.
Throughout the training, you'll be able to
discuss the topic with the other students and the instructor via the live
conference call. These classes are limited to six students, so you'll have
plenty of opportunity to ask questions. In addition, you'll have the ability to interact live
through your computer. You may choose to ask questions privately or
publicly, and you'll receive instruction on how to accomplish either.
