This 4.5
hour course is ideal for first-time users and people who are just
getting started with ACT! 2005, ACT! 2006, ACT! 2007 and ACT! 2008.
First we review the basic ACT! functions and then continue with
hands-on training, including: Review of ACT's features, Organizing the
Database, Entering Contacts by Relationships, Groups and Companies,
Scheduling, Communicating via E-mail, Fax, and Word Processing. Also
covered: How to Properly Use Notes and History, Calendar/Task List,
Mail-Merges, Reports, the Opportunity Manager and Dashboards.
Using ACT! Level 2 - Advanced:
This 5.5
hour course Advanced ACT! training is ideal for users who are
comfortable using ACT! 2005, ACT! 2006, ACT! 2007 and ACT! 2008..
We review such topics as: ACT! Settings, Database Maintenance,
Customizing Databases and Layouts, Managing Users, Add/Delete Fields,
