The CRM Connection is a leading Customer Relationship Management consulting firm specializing in ACT!, Sage CRM and Sage CRM SalesLogix with offices in Denver, CO, Chicago, IL. and Ann Arbor, MI.  We are experiencing strong growth and are seeking experienced CRM consultants for full-time and part-time independent contracting CRM software consulting positions such ACT! consultants and SalesLogix consultants and developers.

The right senior-level candidate has 3+ years of consulting experience using Microsoft SQL, Access, Excel and/or Visual Basic. Working knowledge of such CRM software as ACT! or Sage CRM SalesLogix is a plus. As a CRM Connection consultant, you will:

• Perform data analysis and conversions.

• Meet with prospective clients to determine their CRM needs and make recommendations regarding software and training.

• Deliver the recommended CRM solution, including installing the software, customizing it, and providing ongoing technical support, both on-site and remotely.

• Keep The CRM Connection informed of your activities, billable time, etc.

Additionally, these CRM software consultant positions require:

• Travel throughout the Front Range, Chicago or Ann Arbor, so reliable transportation is a must.

• High-speed internet and a good computer at home.

• Professional dress and presentation skills.

• Strong problem-solving skills.

• Attention to detail in reporting and paperwork submission.

• Ability to pass various certification tests as a CRM software consultant.
