Working with ACT! since 1992, Elaine gained her ACT! Consultant certification in 1998 and quickly became one of the most respected ACT! consultants in the nation.  Known additionally for her exemplary training skills, Interact Corporation asked her to conduct their ACT! Consultant Certification classes and is one of the three ACT! Consultants to conduct these classes since 2000. 

When Interact decided to create an ACT! Premier Trainer Certification, they turned to Elaine to develop, write and deliver this certification class to ACT! Certified Consultants around the world.. She continues to exclusively teach ACT! Certified Consultants to be ACT! Premier Trainers for Sage Software.  It has been such a success that the Premier Trainer class was expanded in 2005 to include Peachtree Certified Consultants as well.

In 2005 when Sage released ACT! Premium for Web, they once again turned to Elaine to create the ACT! for Web Consultants’ certification training and exam.  She has written the 2005, 2006, 2007, and 2008  Web Certification Guides and exams.

She has been twice elected to the ACT! Advisory Board by her fellow ACT! Certified Consultants as well as being appointed by Sage Software to numerous Product Advisory Councils including the ACT! and ACT! for Web PACs for 2005, 2006, 2007 and 2008.  When Sage was looking for advice on how to position its new ACT! product, Elaine was one of the six people they invited to the Scottsdale Summit in 2005.

Elaine is the author of the QuickNotes series of user guides and QuickCards  for numerous software applications including ACT! versions of 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008 as well was Microsoft Windows,  Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project, and client proprietary software.  Her ACT! and WiredContact QuickNotes & Cards are the guides of choice for many ACT! Certified Consultants’  training classes.  Elaine has been the lead trainer for national software roll-outs for Time, Inc, CMP Media, Swiss Re, Premedia Consumer Magazines, Time-Warner Music and others.
