discounted billing rates and guaranteed
premium services. All ACT! software support contracts have a (1) hour
Callback, (2) hour Help Desk and a (4) hour on-site system failure guarantee
during normal business hours in Denver and a next business day
on-site system failure guarantee in New York City,
Illinois, Southern Connecticut and Northern Jersey. The
guarantee also applies to SalesLogix clients in Denver.
For SalesLogix clients located outside of Denver, remote support
applies instead of on-site. Pre-Paid services expire if unused for eighteen consecutive months. Refunds are
available upon request at any time and a penalty of 10% of the initial
pre-paid services amount will apply.
