Pre-Paid Support Services Program

Our Pre-Paid Services Program is for clients who desire discounted billing rates and guaranteed premium services. All ACT! software support contracts have a one-hour Callback, two-hour Help Desk and for system failures, we offer a three-hour guarantee during normal business hours in Denver and a next business day on-site system failure guarantee in Colorado, Michigan, New York, Connecticut and New Jersey. The guarantee also applies to SalesLogix clients in Denver.  For SalesLogix clients located outside of Denver, remote support applies instead of on-site. Pre-Paid services expire if unused for eighteen consecutive months.

There are three program levels and their details are listed below:

Training helps users get the most out of ACT! software. Discounted training, including online and instructor-led courses, is available for customers with The CRM Connection’s Support Care plan. Additional fees will apply.
