Our history.
The CRM Connection was formed by John Kaufman and
Cheryl Campbell through the acquisition of Streamline
Solutions in 2002 and the merger of their ACT!
Consulting company, Compass Technology in 2004. In 2006,
Mark Mondo joined the company and directs the company's
Chicago office. In 2007, Zvi Flanders joined the company
and directs the company's Ann Arbor and Southfield,
Michigan offices. In 2008, The CRM Connection acquired
EW and Associates' New York, Connecticut and New Jersey
ACT! consulting and training practice. As part of this
merger, Elaine Wirth joined the company and directs the
company's Northeastern US Operations. Her consulting
team also joined The CRM Connection and serves their
existing and new clients.
The firm's focus has always been providing Customer
Relationship Management Consultant services using a
number of different CRM software packages, such
as ACT! (ACT! 2008, ACT! 2007,
ACT! 6.0) Sage CRM and Sage CRM SalesLogix. In addition to
conversions, customizations, installation and training,
we provide a full range of on-site and web-based
support, including many different levels of ACT!
training.
Our headquarters are located
in Denver, Colorado and we have satellite offices in
Chicago, Illinois, Ann Arbor, Michigan, New York City,
East Brunswick, New Jersey and Stamford Connecticut.
