Zvi has a Bachelors in Engineering, Masters in Business Administration, and Masters in Computer Science. He is currently teaching at Washtenaw Community College in Ann Arbor, Michigan.

He founded Huron Consulting was founded in 2001 and joined The CRM Connection in 2007. With 22 years of management experience, Zvi is a key part of The CRM Connection's management team.

Taking the wealth of knowledge obtained from 12 years as IT manager at various Health Care and Engineering companies, and 10 years as an engineering consultant, Zvi focuses on providing small and medium sized firms with sales force automation, content management, application support, network support and end-user computer support. His clients include those in Manufacturing, Engineering, Information Technology, Biotechnology and forces of all kinds.

While an engineering manager, Zvi mastered the art of project management and fiscal responsibility. As IT manager, he became proficient with ROI analysis and the allocation of limited resources in order to achieve the impossible.
